Paragraph 52

For subsection (6) of section 28 of the M1Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 there shall be substituted—

“(6)

References in subsections (3) and (5) above to a local authority include the Inner London Education Authority and a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985.”
