Paragraph 13

in subsections (4) and (6) for the word “county” there shall be substituted the words “non-metropolitan county, metropolitan district”;

in subsections (7) and (8) for the word “county” there shall be substituted the words “non-metropolitan county or metropolitan district”; and

in subsection (12), before the word “district” in the first place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the word “non-metropolitan”.
