In sections 4(1) and 10(3) of the M1Town Development Act 1952, for the words “the Greater London Council” there shall be substituted the words “London borough”.
(2)
In section 7(b) of that Act for the words “Greater London Council” there shall be substituted the words “council of a London borough”.
