Section 16 Miscellaneous functions.
United Kingdom
Schedule 8 to this Act shall have effect for transferring functions under the enactments there mentioned—
(a)
from the Greater London Council to London borough councils and the Common Council; and
(b)
from metropolitan county councils to metropolitan district councils.
