Section 37 Dog registration scheme.
(1)
The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for the establishment and administration of a dog registration scheme by local authorities, or such other organisations as he may, after consulting with them, designate.
(2)
Regulations made under this section shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
