In section 134(2) (forms that may be taken by the rent rebates and allowances referred to since 1st April 1997 in subsections (1A) and (1B) instead of subsection (1)), for “subsection (1)” substitute “ subsections (1A) and (1B) ”.

Sub-paragraph (1) shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 1997.
