Regulation 37 Road traffic and highways

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of Schedule 3 shall have effect, and—

(a)

the provision of regulation 7 shall not apply in relation to any matter as to which provision is made in any such provisions; and

(b)

the provisions of regulation 62 shall not apply in relation to any matter as to which provision is made in paragraph 6 of the said Schedule.

(2)

The provisions of paragraph 5 of the said Schedule shall not apply in relation to any matter for which provision is made in regulation 38.
