Regulation 54 Valuation of water hereditaments of statutory water undertakings

Where new valuation lists are to come into force on the appointed day, then, in the application of Schedule 4 to the General Rate Act 1967 as amended by the Rating (Water hereditaments) Order 1975^f1 the changes of areas made by the order shall be deemed to have been operative at all material times.
