Regulation 25 Interpretation of Part 9I1

England and Wales

In this Part—

  • “the 2004 Act” means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004f1; and

  • “joint committee” means a committee established by F1regulations made under section 15J(2), or treated as established by regulations made under section 15J, of the 2004 Act.
