Section 65 Provision consequential on sections 63 and 64I1
(1)
The Local Government Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In section 21D (publication etc of reports, recommendations and responses: confidential and exempt information), in subsection (6) in the definition of “exempt information”, after “2006” insert “ or section 186 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
(3)
In section 22 (access to information etc), in subsection (12A)—
(a)
after “State” insert “ (in relation to local authorities in England), or the Welsh Ministers (in relation to local authorities in Wales), ”;
(b)
in paragraph (a), omit “in England”.
