Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Local Justice Areas Order 2010.

For the purposes of Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, this Order shall come into force on 1st July 2010.

(3)

For all other purposes this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2011.
