LAND CHARGES

Made 7th May 1998

Coming into force 1st June 1998

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975f1, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Rules:

These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st June 1998.

In Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977f1, the fees shown in the first column of the Schedule to these Rules shall be substituted for the fees shown in the second column.

The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1992f1 are revoked.
