Regulation 10 Amendments to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Managers) Regulations 1986

The Occupational Pensions Schemes (Managers) Regulations 1986 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1(2) (interpretation), for “police authority” substitute “ police pension authority ”.

In regulation 2(c) (managers of public service pension schemes), for “police authority of” substitute (in each place) “police pension authority for”.
