Regulation 9 Amendments to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986

The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (h) of the definition of “public works vehicle” in column 2 of the table, after “police authority” insert “ or local policing body ”.
