In subsection (1)(c) after “any area which is” insert “ an integrated transport area or ”.

(3)

In subsection (3)(b)—

(a)

after “such an Executive,” insert “ to the Integrated Transport Authority for the integrated transport area in question or, in Scotland, ”;

(b)

for “relevant Passenger Transport Authority” substitute “ relevant Authority ”.

(4)

In subsection (4) for “relevant Passenger Transport Authority” (in both places) substitute “ relevant Authority ”.
