Schedule 5 (Passenger Transport Authorities and Executives) is amended as follows.

In Part 2 (the Executive), in paragraph 2, after “the Authority for” (in both places) insert “ the integrated transport area or, as the case may be, ”.

(3)

In Part 3 (matters which may be dealt with by order under section 9), in paragraph 11, after “the Executive for” insert “ an integrated transport area or ”.

(4)

The heading to the Schedule becomes “ Passenger Transport Executives ”.
