In section 137(5) (interpretation of references to Authorities, etc)—

(a)

for “Passenger Transport Authorities and Executives” (in both places) substitute “ Integrated Transport Authorities, Passenger Transport Authorities and Passenger Transport Executives ”;

(b)

before “passenger transport areas” (in both places) insert “ integrated transport areas and ”.
