The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 104 (application of Chapter 1 of Part 5: partner authorities) for subsection (2)(i) substitute—

“(i)

an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area in England;”.
