Section 47 Detention of certain PSVs used without PSV operators' licencesI1I2
(1)
In the PPVA 1981, after section 12 (PSV operators' licences) insert—
“Detention of certain PSVs used without PSV operators' licences
12ASchedule 2A (which relates to the detention, removal and disposal of PSVs which are adapted to carry more than 8 passengers and in respect of which it appears that section 12(1) is contravened) shall have effect.”.
(2)
After Schedule 2 to that Act insert, as Schedule 2A, the Schedule set out in Schedule 3 to this Act.
