A draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 235(6) of the Localism Act 2011f1.
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 235(2), (3) and 236(1) of that Act.
