Omit subsections (9) and (10).

In subsection (11) omit—

(a)

“or low cost home ownership accommodation”, and

(b)

“or (as the case may be) low cost home ownership accommodation”.

(4)

In subsection (12) omit the definition of “low cost home ownership accommodation”.
