Section 59 of the Finance Act 2004 (construction industry scheme: contractors) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) after paragraph (f) insert—
“(fa)the Greater London Authority in the exercise of its functions relating to housing or regeneration or its new towns and urban development functions;”.
(3)
In subsection (2) for “(f)” substitute “ (fa) ”.
