Section 62 Miscellaneous local authority functions.

England and Wales

(1)

The London borough councils and (where not already so) the Common Council shall be local authorities for the purposes of the following enactments—

(a)

the M1Canals Protection (London) Act 1898, which shall extend to the whole of Greater London;
