Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Act may be cited as the London Local Authorities Act 1996 and except where otherwise provided shall come into operation at the end of the period of two months beginning with the date on which it is passed.

The 1990 c. vii.London Local Authorities Act 1990, the 1990 c. xxx.London Local Authorities (No. 2) Act 1990, 1991 c. xiii.the London Local Authorities Act 1991, the 1994 c. xii.London Local Authorities Act 1994, the 1995 c. x.London Local Authorities Act 1995 and this Act may together be cited as the London Local Authorities Acts 1990 to 1996.
