Section 42 Enforcement under Part V

busks in any street to which this Part of this Act applies without the authority of a licence; or

is concerned with the organisation or management of busking which is not authorised by a licence; or

contravenes any condition of his licence; or

in connection with his application for a licence makes a statement which he knows to be false in a material particular;
