Section 105 Saving for existing bye-laws, &c.

All bye-laws, rules, regulations, fares, rates and charges made or enforceable by any undertakers whose undertaking or part of whose undertaking is transferred to F1the Executive by this Act, being bye-laws, rules, regulations, fares, rates, or charges in force immediately before the appointed day, shall, so far as they are consistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force with respect to the undertaking or part of the undertaking to which they relate until repealed, altered, or superseded.
