Article 17 Repeals

On the new constitution date sections 9, 12 and 14 of the Commissioners Clauses Act 1847^f1 shall cease to be incorporated in the Pier and Harbour Order (Lymington) Confirmation Act 1951 and the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which include spent enactments) shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
