Paragraph 17 Construction environmental management planI1

No authorised development is to commence until a construction environmental management plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.

The construction environmental management plan must be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the approved code of construction practice, and must reflect the mitigation measures included in the environmental statement.

The construction environmental management plan may incorporate the plans, schemes and details required to be approved in writing by other requirements set out in this Schedule.

The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the construction environmental management plan.
