Paragraph 58 I1

Notwithstanding article 45 (service of notices) any plans submitted to Cadent by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 51(1) must be sent via email to [email protected] as well as via post to Plant Protection Limited, Cadent Gas Limited, Brick Kiln Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 ONA or such other address as Cadent may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
