The undertaker is required to consider the Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Data published quarterly by the Environment Agency in the flood risk assessment, in consultation with the Environment Agency and the county planning authority.

The undertaker is required to carry out the authorised development in accordance with the flood risk assessment.
