The 1972 Scheme was made by the Secretary of State and describes special roads in the County of Devon. These special roads include a route which connects the northbound carriageway of the M5 motorway with a roundabout at Junction 30 (Sandy Gate) and is given the reference letter G on the deposited plan. The Secretary of State has decided to vary the scheme made under the 1972 Scheme in accordance with this Scheme.
