In section 41 of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972—
in subsections (1), (2A) and (2B) for “section 53 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952" substitute, in each case, “section 60 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980" ;
in subsection (2A) for “section 15 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949" substitute “section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980" ;
in subsection (2B) for “section 47(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952" substitute “section 55(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980".
