Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021 and shall come into force on 28th June 2021.

In rule 2 of these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 1981f1.
