Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 30th June 2003.

In these Rules, a reference to a Rule, a Schedule or a Form by number means the Rule, Schedule or Form so numbered in the Magistrates' Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984^f1.
