Coming into force in accordance with Rule 1(2)
The Lord Chief Justice, with the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor, makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980f1 and section 18(2) and (3) of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014f2.
