Paragraph 11 Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991

In rule 2—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

in the definition of “application”, after “the Act” insert “, the Act of 2004”;

(ii)

in the definition of the Act for “.” substitute “,”; and

(iii)

after the definition of the Act insert—

  • ““the Act of 2004” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004.”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), after “the Act,” insert “the Act of 2004,”.
