Paragraph 12 Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991

In rule 3—

(a)

in paragraph (1), omit “, together with any notice attached under paragraph 2(c),”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3), after “the Act” insert “or paragraph 14 of Schedule 6 to the Act of 2004”.
