Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Maidstone (Electoral Changes) Order 2025 (“the 2025 Order”), in order to correct errors in the drafting of the 2025 Order. Accordingly, all known recipients of the 2025 Order will be provided with a copy of this Order, as required by paragraph 4.7.6 of the Statutory Instrument Practice (5th Edition (November 2017)).
