Section 9 Depositions to be evidence.
Depositions taken in a court in a part of His Majesty’s dominions outside the United Kingdom to which this Act extends for the purposes of this Act, may be received in evidence in proceedings before courts of summary jurisdiction F1 , or the family court, under this Act.
