Sch. 1 para. 11 expressed to be repealed by Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (c. 48, SIF 67A), s. 303(2), Sch. 8: [Editor's note]- Sch. 1 para. 11 does not exist; therefore the said 1988 Act is read as repealing Sch. 2 para. 13 (the provision in the 1964 Act which relates to matters of Copyright).
