Paragraph 14 I1

No part of the authorised development is to commence until a construction traffic management plan for that part has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority, following consultation with the Royal Mail.

The authorised development must be constructed in accordance with the construction traffic management plan approved under sub-paragraph (1).
