Regulation 2 Amendment of the Marine Licensing (Application Fees) Regulations 2014

Regulation 6 (deposits in cases where fee payable at hourly rate) of the Marine Licensing (Application Fees) Regulations 2014^f1 is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “licensee” substitute “applicant”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4), for “application”, where it first occurs, substitute “applicant”.
