Article 29 Scheduled works under the CrossrailAct 2008

Article 4 applies to an activity carried on within the limits of deviation for the scheduled works in exercise of the powers conferred by the Crossrail Act 2008^f1 in relation to those works, or any work in connection with them.

In paragraph (1), “limits of deviation” and “scheduled works” have the meanings given by section 56(1) of that Act.
