In section 36 (inspection of ships and harbour areas)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “Committee”;

(b)

in subsection (2)(c) the words “the harbour authority” shall be omitted; and

(c)

in subsection (6) paragraph (a) shall be omitted; and in paragraph (b) the words “on conviction on indictment,” shall be omitted.
