In section 37 (false statements relating to baggage, cargo, etc.)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “Jersey”; and for the word “constable” there shall be substituted “police officer”;

(b)

in subsection (2) for the words “a harbour authority” there shall be substituted “the Harbourmaster”; and

(c)

in subsection (4) the words “on summary conviction” and “not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale” shall be omitted.
