In section 39 (unauthorised presence in restricted zone)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “harbour authority”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “Committee”; and

(b)

in subsection (3) the words “on summary conviction” and “not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale” shall be omitted.
