And with respect to the byelaws to be made by the undertakers, be it enacted as follows:
- 42Byelaws may be made for all or any of the purposes herein named. Byelaws may be repealed or altered from time to time.
- 43Byelaws may be enforced by imposition of penalties.
- 44No byelaws to come into operation until allowed in the manner prescribed and approved by secretary of state.
- 45Notice of allowance of byelaws to be given in one or more newspapers, &c.
- 46A copy of proposed byelaws to be open for inspection.
- 47Publication of byelaws.
