This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) and (3) and 18(10) of the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013^f1 and by section 259(1) and (4) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004^f2.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of those powers, makes the following Order:
