This Act may be cited as the Married Women’s Property Act, 1907.

This Act shall not extend to Scotland.

This Act shall be construed with the Married Women’s Property Acts, M11882 M2, 1884, and M31893, and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Married Women’s Property Acts, 1882 to 1907.
