Construction work for the authorised development must not take place outside the hours of—

except with the prior written approval of the relevant planning authority.

Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) precludes a start-up period from 06:30 to 07:00 and a shut-down period from 19:00 to 19:30 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and start-up period from 06:30 to 07:00 and a shut-down period from 13:00 to 13:30 on Saturdays.
